Activate an Entry Point or a Queue
Procedure
Step 1 | From the Management Portal navigation bar, choose . |
Step 2 | Choose the type of entry point or queue that you want to activate. |
Step 3 | Click the ellipsis icon beside the entry point or queue with the status Not Active and click Restore. |
Step 4 | Click Yes to confirm. The status of the entry point or queue changes to Active. |
