User Profiles
When you create a user from Control Hub or change the license or role of a user, the system automatically maps the following profiles in Management Portal.
The combination of Webex Contact Center license and Control Hub role determines the user profile. The following table describes the different Webex Contact Center license and Control Hub role combinations and the corresponding default user profile.
