Activate a Multimedia Profile
Procedure
| Step 1 | From the Management Portal navigation bar, choose . |
| Step 2 | Click the ellipsis icon beside a multimedia profile with the status Not Active and click Restore. |
| Step 3 | Click Yes to confirm. The status of the multimedia profile changes to Active. |
