Delete an Outdial ANI

Note

You cannot delete an outdial ANI if you have associated it with any entity, for example, an agent profile.

To delete an outdial ANI:

Step 1

From the Management Portal navigation bar, choose Provisioning > Outdial ANI.

Step 2

Click the ellipsis icon beside the outdial ANI that you want to delete and click Delete.

Step 3

Click Yes to confirm.
